Tridecile of the Moon: Life holds approximately the same significance for this person as landscape does for a novel. This individual will tend to take very personally the developmental issues of life in the areas of the Planet; these will resonate within them as an intimate, warm feeling and a desire to help, with a maternal nuance—such as comforting, warming, feeding, etc. At the same time, the person may be quite selfish, striving to extract the maximum benefit from life for themselves personally, and substituting genuine concern with vanity focused on their own perceptions of others’ needs. Debilitated Moon may manifest as considerable capriciousness in such interactions—many aspects of others’ lives may displease the person, who may then attempt to reshape them to fit their own image, all under the guise of sincere concern and assistance. A well-aspected Moon provides excellent intuitive understanding of life and its challenges in the Planet’s domains, along with the ability to participate appropriately, yet simultaneously may also indicate a similarly harmonious form of vampirism upon it. Integration leads to a symbiosis—more or less tense, depending on the major aspects of the Moon and the Planet—and enables subtle, profound self-expression through participation in life’s development; in doing so, the person will feel their truly human essence. Tridecile of Chiron: On the axle of life’s cart are positioned: on one side, the wheel of fortune, on the other, the cross of destiny. When worked through, this aspect grants in the Planet’s spheres, first, a standard yet unexpected perception and understanding of life and developmental processes in general, and second, the ability to participate in these processes, materially and constructively resolving problems previously considered fundamentally unsolvable. Initially, the aspect may manifest as a sudden interest in life manifestations within the Planet’s spheres, placing the person in an intellectual impasse, exceeding their prior worldview. Overall, this is a harmonious aspect, and in some cases may even provide protection by fate; yet its most pronounced expressions arise through the person’s conscious involvement in life development issues within the Planet’s sphere of influence, where they will demonstrate pronounced creative abilities and receive (as a result of honest effort, provided they are capable of it—here the overall chart must be examined, and Saturn’s expression worked through) significant fulfillment. Debilitated Chiron, however, will initially become the most regular object of such humor; yet when properly integrated, will allow the person to understand and participate in a far broader spectrum of engaging and vital matters within the Planet’s domain than would be possible with a weak or harmoniously aspected Chiron.
