Tridecile of Uranus: Non-being is by no means equivalent to not being. This aspect brings in the areas of the Planet a shared interest and more than original ideas concerning the process of life development and solving its specific problems, while the person’s overall attitude toward life remains interested and benevolent. His ideas and considerable energy can prove highly constructive, provided Uranus is to some extent processed (which implies a creative individual in general, regardless of their field), yet even in this case they will require development and materialization in relation to specific developmental issues within the Planet’s spheres, for which processing its principle will be necessary. Otherwise, energy will remain in the form of high-voltage discharges—like thunderclaps striking the imagination with their power but quickly vanishing without leaving any trace. This aspect has a certain protective effect, though the person usually does not notice it or attributes it to coincidence; however, Uranian signs appearing as unusual whims of life in areas ruled by the Planet can reveal much, if one learns to read them, particularly helping to accurately understand, and often even find ways to resolve, developmental issues within the Planet’s spheres. Tridecile of Neptune: To understand means to incorporate into one’s karmic program. A well-processed aspect enables deep involvement of the person in life issues and their development within the Planet’s spheres, awakening and realizing a cosmic love for this life, through the expression of which he discovers his human essence. Afflicted Neptune may produce a strong (often irrational) sense of guilt toward life processes in the Planet’s sphere and an unhealthy attitude toward corresponding problems, causing the person to perceive them with significant distortions, sympathizing inappropriately and helping where it is not needed. Harmonious Neptune initially brings pure ecstasy from the mere idea of participating in the life of the Planet’s domains, allowing the person to integrate into it quite successfully, though superficially (if he wishes and circumstances do not hinder him), but the harmonious Neptune will smooth over or camouflage its main problems and acute developmental challenges. This aspect possesses weak protective influence, yet its primary manifestations are the possibility of sincere and loving assistance unfolding within the Planet’s life spheres, through which the person may find indirect happiness.
