Uranus’ tredecile: Non-being is by no means equivalent to not being. This aspect brings in the areas of the Planet a shared interest and highly original ideas concerning the process of life development and solving its specific problems, while the person’s overall attitude toward life remains interested and benevolent. His ideas and considerable energy can prove very constructive if Uranus is to some extent integrated (which implies a creative individual in general, regardless of their field), but even in this case they will require development and materialization in relation to specific developmental issues in the Planet’s spheres, which will demand working through its principle; otherwise, energy will remain in the form of high-voltage discharges—like thunderbolts striking the imagination with their power, yet quickly vanishing without leaving any consequences. This aspect has a certain protective effect, but the person usually does not notice it or attributes it to coincidence; however, Uranian signs appearing as unusual whims of life in areas ruled by the Planet can reveal much, if one learns to read them, particularly helping to precisely understand, and often even find solutions to, developmental problems in the Planet’s spheres. Pluto’s tredecile: While governing the destinies of nations, one should not forget one’s own. This aspect potentially provides a clear perception of flaws and defects in the development of life within the Planet’s spheres, and in case of Pluto’s affliction, the person may perceive only these flaws, resulting in an overall rather gloomy picture. A harmonious Pluto will grant the individual great opportunities for effectively treating these vices, including eliminating parasitic life forms, from which they may derive great satisfaction. For example, an integrated Pluto-Moon tredecile may produce a skilled physician (especially with a strong sixth or twelfth house), while a Pluto-Venus tredecile may create a harsh art critic, biting satirist, or, with a strong Mercury, a journalist who lashes out at societal sores. With severe damage to the tredecile, tendencies toward black teaching of life manifestations may emerge—that is, their conscious destruction—usually at the lowest level, as a result of personal frustrations accompanied by painful failures when attempting to manifest life development (in the Planet’s spheres) within one’s inner world and express it outwardly.
