The Moon’s conjunction: Narrow personal egoism prevents me from consuming the world in its entirety. The conjunction with the Moon gives the planet active participation in the subconscious life of the person. The individual feels intimately connected to the planet’s principle, which colors their needs, especially vital and social ones.
At a low level of aspect processing, and in general for people with an unrefined Moon, the latter often proves stronger than any other planet (the ego principle dominates life), and specifically, the planets in conjunction transform its principle into one of their parasitic consumption programs. For example, with the Moon conjunct Venus, a person tends to enjoy beauty, social contacts, and love, but after communicating with them, people—both in general and especially lovers—need a long time to recover, restoring their energy and faith in humanity. From works of art, such a connoisseur and expert roughly strips away the most accessible layer of grayness, which is not so easy to remove, and sometimes they may even destroy them entirely. Here, the moment of the Absolute’s creativity manifests in the whims of a person’s taste—or the circumstances in which they consume them themselves.
Processing the aspect brings great subtlety and often unexpected perception in matters related to the planet’s principle, which, after processing the Moon, transforms into a vital need to process and transmit to people the higher principle of the planet. At a high level, this can manifest as a public figure or prophet closely tied to the national karma.
The Mars conjunction: The true burden is invisible. The true strength is intangible. The conjunction with Mars gives the planet force, which at a low level is destructive. The planet’s principle seems inflated by energy, but lacking the ability to channel it constructively, it most often manifests as aggression and destruction. For example, an unrefined Mars–Moon conjunction results in aggression directed at one’s own body, while with Saturn, it creates extraordinary obstacles when attempting self-reflection and concentration—e.g., a window shatters unexpectedly from a football hitting it.
