Decile of Mercury: To express participation, one must possess it. In the spheres governed by the Planet and especially in the rational reasoning of a person, inclinations toward humanitarian aspects of relevant issues will prevail. Verbally, a person will demand a humane approach and will be deeply offended by sharp (in their view) remarks from others, perceiving them as inhuman. However, in this case, the connection between the principle of the Planet and Mercury is weak. Therefore, on the one hand, negative manifestations associated with Mercury (e.g., hurtful words) have little direct impact on the spheres ruled by the Planet, though the person may feel otherwise. On the other hand, Mercury’s positive influence on a person and the corresponding spheres ruled by the Planet has a weak direct effect, though the person may not notice it. Thus, they must strive for subtle effects or involve other planets to avoid appearing as an empty talker and demagogue who cares only in words about the well-being of others.
Decile of Pluto: To deprive fate of its inherent nourishment would be inhumane. The interpretation of this aspect depends on the aspects of the Planet and Pluto, and primarily on the evolutionary level of the person. Here, fateful circumstances test and purify (in the sphere of the Planet) such a delicate matter as humanity, both in the individual and their environment. A harmonious decile can provide some protection from fate, making its manifestations relatively “humane.” A challenged decile, on the other hand, imposes a harsh test of humanity. If a person fails this test, they may become a cruel tyrant, a dark teacher who destroys all that is human in those dependent on them. For a person on the path of spiritual development, this is a highly promising aspect: Pluto will illuminate all inhuman programs of the subconscious in the spheres of the Planet. By accepting the limited, albeit painful, and seemingly antihuman losses, a person can transform them into higher evolutionary values. For example, a Pluto–Mars decile will highlight aggression as an inhuman manifestation. At a low level, a person may become an aggressive tormentor who energetically destroys all that is human in others. At an average level, a person will avoid aggression, feeling it is antihuman (especially toward themselves), though they will still encounter it and sense its presence within, carefully suppressing this feeling. At the level of self-work, a person, having recognized their inner aggression revealed by Pluto as inherently inhuman, will transform it into constructive energy, simultaneously raising the vibrational frequency of their energy flow (a bully becomes a karate teacher). In this case, the fate being transmitted and the purification in the environment of the Planet’s principle will prove to be as humane as possible.
