Decile of Neptune: In our time, it is very important to be known as humane. This aspect imparts compassion for people (primarily for oneself) and a desire to alleviate their suffering, often at a lower level through deception (“lying for salvation”) and drugs. When a person acts inhumanely within the planetary spheres, they subsequently feel intense guilt and shame, thus striving to avoid such situations altogether, even in small matters, or attempting to rationalize their actions by convincing themselves that what they did ultimately benefited someone else; however, when Neptune is activated, logical arguments offer little help. When well-integrated, this aspect provides deep understanding of the humanistic aspects of the planetary principle and its humane application within the planetary spheres; at a high level—religious and mystical insight into the human condition: prophets and humanistic religious philosophers. Generally, this decile offers a gentle protection of fate: when a person’s condition within the planetary spheres becomes truly unbearable, they may (consciously or unconsciously) appeal for help, and divine grace will alleviate their suffering. With a strong Neptune, distinguishing humanity toward others from inhumanity within the planetary spheres becomes difficult, requiring careful discernment. Decile of Chiron: I am searching for my place in the world and constantly freeze in fear: what if I don’t like it? This aspect generates interest within the planetary spheres in unconventional humanitarian issues that cannot be resolved by known methods and place the researcher in an impasse, surmountable only through an unusual yet practical approach. For example, the Chiron-Moon decile indicates interest in hidden potentials of the human organism, realized through the involvement not only of the physical body but also of consciousness, emotional, and spiritual resources. As a minor aspect, the decile does not produce the direct influence of Chiron upon the planet, meaning that specifically Chironic dead-ends in development and chaotic impossibility within the corresponding spheres will not manifest. Nevertheless, when addressing challenges related to the integration of the planetary principle, a person may consider its humanistic dimensions, allowing Chiron to offer significant assistance through its unconventional, unexpected, yet fundamentally practical perspectives and ideas—provided one remains open to receiving them. At a low level, the influence of the decile manifests as occasional encounters with dead-end, confusing, atypical, or simply absurd situations within the planetary spheres, which the individual perceives as profoundly inhumane toward themselves, exaggerating their discomfort.
