Decile of Saturn: The misfortune of people lies not only in the fact that they do not understand their own happiness — they also fail to understand one another. The interpretation of the aspect depends on the level of processing of Saturn, the planet, and the horoscope as a whole. At a low or average level, this aspect brings to the spheres of the planet a kind of specific humanitarianism — a desire to make people happy by maximizing their restriction of freedom, which (in the person’s view) quickly turns into the freedom of evil: external and internal. This person sees (in the spheres of the planet) human and humankind’s happiness in order, organization, rigid structure, and routine. If Saturn is afflicted, this can take horrifying forms (totalitarianism, bureaucracy); if harmonious, the person with humanitarian enthusiasm and uplift may, for example, participate in creating an artificial environment that separates humans from the uncontrollable and anarchic nature — the builders of the modern machine civilization. Processing the aspect involves deep study of human nature first and foremost, as a fact of their inner life, and on this path, many profound truths can be grasped, especially if one begins the study with oneself and the structure of their inner world and subconscious in the spheres governed by the planet. Then the rigidity of humanitarian attitudes will be replaced by their depth, and the person will rid themselves of painful experiences and the sense of vulnerability in the spheres related to the planet (for example, an unprocessed decile of Mars-Saturn gives a sense of human weakness and inability to resist aggression, but an acute inability to resist aggression, or rather, an acute feeling of its inhumanity).

Decile of Uranus: When developing a concept of humanitarianism, one should not get ahead of their time. In the spheres of the planet, the person will have extraordinary and often fantastic humanitarian ideas, both regarding humanity as a whole and individual people. The decile, of course, will soften Uranus’ influence, but the victim of the humanitarian act will still have to come to their senses for some time, gathering the remnants of their sense of humor and comforting themselves with the thought that the person obviously meant well. The decile of Uranus also provides a certain humanitarianism and protection of a person’s fate in the spheres governed by the planet, but again in a characteristic Uranian style — often at the last moment or through a harsh energetic impact. Much here depends on the level of processing of Uranus and the ability and desire to read and take into account Uranian signs of fate. A brilliant example of skillfully reading the signs of the decile of Uranus was given by Ilya Muromets, who greeted disabled beggars who entered his home, as a result of which he received the strength of a bogatyr and accomplished many humanitarian feats according to the concepts of his time. At a low level, in the spheres of the planet, the person may be very capricious and vulnerable and may consider absolutely harmless manifestations of others to be antihuman toward themselves.
