Decile of the Sun: Was the creation of man a humanistic act? This aspect poses the problem of the humanity of one’s own volitions and initiatives in a person’s life, as well as (usually weak) imperative influences of fate in the sphere of the Planet’s influence. In its sphere, a person will be relatively free, and will have to regulate their will based on considerations of humanism – as they understand it. At the very least, the thought of humanity or this very theme will arise in connection with the (usually weakly expressed) necessity to do something in the sphere of the Planetary principle or to manifest a certain personal initiative within it. With a harmonious Sun, these initiatives will be appropriate and appear humane; with an afflicted Sun, the person will often be overly active, and the result, despite the best intentions, will turn out to be lamentable and disharmonious, especially if the Planet is afflicted and its principle is difficult to satisfy; at the same time, they will experience external coercion over their will in the spheres of the Planet as absolutely inhumane, although the direct real harm in the spheres of the Planet will, as a rule, be minor.

Decile of Chiron: I am searching for my place in the world and constantly freeze in fear: what if I don’t like it? This aspect gives, in the spheres of the Planet, an interest in unconventional humanitarian problems that cannot be solved by known methods and that bring the researcher to a dead end, surmountable only by an unusual but real approach. For example, a Chiron-Moon decile gives an interest in the hidden possibilities of the human organism, which are realized with the participation not only of the physical body but also of consciousness, emotional, and spiritual reserves. The decile, as a minor aspect, does not produce the effect of Chiron’s direct influence on the Planet, meaning there will be no specifically Chironic developmental dead ends or impossible chaos in the corresponding spheres for the person. Nevertheless, when solving problems related to the elaboration of the Planetary principle, a person can consider their humanistic aspects, and then Chiron is capable of providing great assistance with its unconventional and unexpected, yet in principle very practical, views and ideas – one only needs to be ready to perceive them. At a low level, the influence of the decile will manifest in the person occasionally encountering dead-end, incomprehensible, unconventional, or simply ridiculous situations in the spheres of the Planet, perceiving them as very inhumane towards themselves and exaggerating their discomfort.
