Love for a student is love for oneself: clumsy and unformed, yet spiritually directed. Directness and ease in communication with strangers do not come easily to this person. Internally, they fear something, though they may not consciously realize what exactly, yet the principle: “one must be very careful in communication with people, since you cannot see into a person’s soul” greatly appeals to them. At least, it is not easy for an outsider, or even a close person, to look into their soul. When this person engages with others, they emanate warmth and emotional comfort, which greatly attracts people. They tenderly care for those they trust, but they should not forget about their vulnerability in tense social situations. At a low level, the foundation of their social ethics is cunning and manipulation of people, whom they consider unreliable and worthless. Through development, they gain insight and the ability to see into the soul of a random passerby, not to mention intimate relationships. This student will be silent and emotional, yet it is not easy to penetrate their soul; they may have many painful spots and complexes, especially concerning low learning abilities. When they study, they absorb the subject along with the teacher, often focusing on the emotional background of the learning process. If they love the teacher, their success can be exceptional. On the other hand, the teacher’s energetic interest and excellent visual aids may leave the person indifferent if they do not feel a personal connection with the teacher—however strict, but personal attention.
