Venus bi-quintile: The philosopher goes deep, the politician rises up, while the common man splashes in a puddle of irresponsibility. This aspect imparts in the areas of the Planet a socialized attitude toward lower forms of life, meaning the individual here is under strong influence of social stereotypes. At a low level, this has rather positive significance (for example, the attitude “children and animals should not be harmed”), while at higher levels it may produce strong snobbery, that is, pronounced separation—considering oneself above such (for example, the disdainful gaze of a city dweller toward provincial life, or of an economically developed country toward a backward one). Deep processing, especially of bi-quintiles to planets of the third and fourth level, provides insight into social progress within karmic programs and the evolutionary development of humanity (which is not simple, since these processes are often directed oppositely). At a medium level, the person will be interested in the lives of various social strata, especially lower ones, their typical problems and contradictions—humanity. In the harmonious variant, this aspect gives tact, charm, and ease of understanding in communication with lower social classes, perception of the beauty of subhuman life forms (animals, plants, etc.) and natural joy in interacting with them (in the areas of the Planet). In the afflicted variant, various emotions, including love and hatred, toward lower life forms, during which in any case one should primarily seek expression of the humanity embedded within the person. Saturn bi-quintile: Either the person is ahead of their time, or time steps on them with its gray foot. This aspect gives an unconscious desire to deeply understand the lowest life in the areas of the Planet and to take essential part in it, through which the individual may express their humanism. However, initially, especially if Saturn is afflicted, the person sees lower life very primitively, and their interaction with it is extremely awkward, which may create a complex of inferiority or, conversely, awaken from the depths of the subconscious and activate sadistic tendencies. In areas of the inner world that resonate with issues of lower life, the person will feel vulnerable, and it is good if they extend this sense of vulnerability to the lowest forms of life as well. Generally speaking, it is inherent to them at first, but over time it may be repressed into the subconscious, and then compassion often transforms into pronounced cruelty, although in this case it is rather an exception than the rule. Here, processing proceeds through deep study of lower life forms and careful, unhurried search for adequate contact and interaction with them; temptations will include frustrations due to the slowness of this process, overly rigid and primitive notions about life and oneself, and external behavioral cruelty, which should gradually give way to gentle, though restrained, human expressions; at a high level, wisdom and profound human self-expression are achieved.
