Capricorn – child

Fantasy may be part of the character of your little Capricorn, though this side of the personality is usually hidden behind dominant seriousness. His peculiar sense of humor likely provides him relief from intense and extremely disciplined “maturity.” This child is truly a little adult, seeming older than his years… until he actually becomes old. In any case, you are unlikely to need to teach your child about responsibility, as duty, reliability, discipline, and a strong sense of honor are likely innate. Sometimes, you will be more concerned with how to loosen him up and have fun.

Another key word for Capricorn is “practicality.” Frivolous actions do not appeal to him. He will have the ability to work hard and excel in school, but abstract subjects will seem useless to him, and he will achieve the best results in subjects that, from his perspective, will bring him practical benefit. A little Capricorn is naturally thrifty and will try to save money for a “rainy day,” accumulating enough to purchase something real.

There is a downside to this seriousness: it breeds anxiety and a tendency to view things pessimistically. You will likely often need to explain to your little Capricorn that there is no evil without good. On the other hand, you can always take this child anywhere and rely on his exemplary behavior.

(Various sources for child horoscopes)

Capricorns make excellent administrative workers. They are serious and responsible. A Capricorn can calmly assess a situation and then make a responsible decision—undoubtedly practical and useful. The symbol of this sign is the goat. This animal is cautious: before placing its hooves, it tests whether the support is firm. Capricorns are persistent and tenacious, allowing them to reach the heights. In their professional activities (regardless of the field), people born under this sign achieve leadership positions. However, they often prefer not to push forward but to remain where they are respected, significant, and influential. Indeed, this sign is characterized by a devotion to tradition and steadfast habits. Such people know the value of money and often aim for financial success and independence. They strive for achievement and need to establish themselves in high-impact spheres.

Often, Capricorn children are so serious that they appear older than their years. Sometimes, it seems they were born adults—so prudent are their actions. You can rely on them in any situation as if they were adults. Even very young Capricorns are highly disciplined—so responsible are they. Additionally, such children are generally very conscientious. Remember that a child has the right to expect serious treatment; praise them for good behavior. Then, the little one will always strive to please you. Capricorns possess innate self-discipline.

These children are characterized by ambitious aspirations; they are willing to work diligently to achieve their goals. A Capricorn understands well that work is a virtue that will inevitably be rewarded. It is these children who, from an early age, seek to earn money and always look for opportunities to save. A little Capricorn can start their own business, even a small one. These children are very persistent and do not abandon a task when others have already given up.

The element of Capricorn is Earth. Children of this sign are materialistic; they firmly know what they want and do not dwell in the clouds. Their precise, practical mind is not distracted by fantasies or empty dreams. Such children are far more interested in the concrete: owning money and things. Capricorns have a good understanding of building materials, and many later become contractors. They thrive in constructing any structures. Figuratively speaking, a Capricorn is constantly building their own life and climbing upward, like a mountain goat.

Knowing all this, you will not be surprised that this sign governs the body’s support system and coverings: the former creates structure, the latter gives form. Additionally, it influences the teeth and knees. Undoubtedly, anyone can see how important the condition of the knees—and joints in general—is for normal mobility. Therefore, those born under this sign need to take care of them. Explain to the child that a daily exercise routine is essential if they do not want to become a conservative with inflexible knees. Remember that the part of the body governed by your sign is more likely than others to malfunction. Capricorn rules the knees and support system, so those born under this sign may suffer from arthritis (another reason for morning exercises).

Capricorn children are collectors; they keep everything they have ever acquired. In the grand scheme of things, this is not necessarily a good thing. An excess of things around them restricts. In extreme manifestations of this trait, a child may clutter their room with items close to their heart to the point that there is no space left for movement or growth. Clutter and stagnation lead to both physical and mental atrophy. Similarly, excessive patience—a trait of this sign—can become a problem. It should not be taken to absurdity, or all opportunities may be lost.

When your little Capricorn reaches school age, be prepared for them to show minimal interest in subjects they see as having no practical use. Such children prefer to study what they believe will benefit them. Since they tend to look to the past while remaining business-oriented and thrifty by nature, draw their attention to books about famous historical figures who achieved high status in society and the respect of others through their labor. A Capricorn child can excel at any age. Such children are highly organized themselves and respect this quality in teachers. They care about their reputation and strive not to tarnish it in any way. Woe to anyone who questions a Capricorn’s competence or treats them with disdain!

There are two ways to spoil a relationship with a Capricorn: either hint at their incompetence or behave disrespectfully toward them. Praise your child for their achievements—and they will strive for even more. However, watch that the little one does not take on too much work and responsibility—otherwise, their life will become bleak. The child needs play and entertainment. Help them develop a sense of humor. Such children can be prone to pessimism, as they have the ability to immediately find the worst aspects in everything. This is a form of self-protection. Capricorns believe that by suspecting danger in everything, they can avoid it. Help the child rid themselves of this gloomy outlook on life—otherwise, they will always be cast in the role of the mourner at a joyful feast! The best advice you can give them is not to lose heart and always maintain a sense of humor—laughter is the best medicine!
