Moon Square Venus Transit
(Transit. Moon → Natal Venus)
Different sources for the child’s horoscope
The child indiscriminately gives away their affection, is very trusting, and may be taken advantage of. They are highly vulnerable, especially if asked to demonstrate their talents in public. Parents and teachers should support them in overcoming shyness and fear. Sometimes parents dislike their friends, or the home environment is not always peaceful, making the child feel unhappy. The mother and child mutually assist each other in artistic pursuits, though the mother may sometimes impose her own artistic fantasies on the child.
Het Monster. Aspects
Financial and other difficulties. They indiscriminately give away their affection, which hinders a happy marriage. They are very trusting and often taken advantage of. They engage in reckless sexual relationships. They feel unhappy. Emotional tension is tied to early childhood and home life. There is no success in earnings (or wastefulness).

Opposition, square: the division of two poles in love leads to inconsistency and conflicting desires. It seems that “family love” cannot coexist with “passionate love,” especially toward one person. This can cause dissatisfaction and even a pull toward two love interests or a desire for two different lifestyles. If one pole dominates, the person may prioritize family joys or sacrifice daily responsibilities for their passions. This aspect often causes tangled love stories, especially in youth.
Avesalom Podvodny. Aspects
Moon square: One should distinguish between people whose soul is dormant and those from which it has already flown away. The Moon square creates significant internal difficulties tied to the planetary principle, especially in its perception. For example, the Moon–Mars square gives a sense of the external world’s aggression in situations where it is not remotely the case, and conversely, the person may be aggressive and cruel without noticing it. The Moon square amplifies and makes visible the ego programs tied to the planet: the person desperately wants to selfishly consume its principle, but external and internal circumstances prevent this, resulting in severe frustration, resentment toward the world, a sense of deprivation, and so on. In such a person, everything constantly stumbles, and the more they pity themselves, the worse it gets.
The karmic content of this square, however, does not lie in straightforward asceticism or rejecting the planet’s principle (which can sometimes lead to illness), but in a thorough and careful study of the corresponding subconscious programs, distinguishing between egocentric and evolutionarily constructive components, and establishing an adequate “diet.” The problem of the square must be “eaten” by directing the planet’s vibrations inward, but this is difficult for the person to do, or if the Moon is significantly stronger than the planet, the latter becomes heavily profaned. For example, the Moon–Venus square can make a person a ruthless consumer of the opposite sex, subconsciously perceiving (at least in love) the other as primitively crude, and develop respect (a skill that prevents conscious and subconscious profanation) toward the opposite sex.
Working through the square grants a deep understanding and subtlety regarding the planetary principle, as well as the ability to see its influence in another’s subconscious, which provides strong pedagogical abilities in relevant fields. For example, a worked-through Sun–Moon square can make a class teacher or elementary school teacher.
Venus square: Human relationships are rarely humane. The Venus square creates difficulties for the person in areas governed by the planet, where they often encounter rudeness, poor understanding, and inadequacy in their own social behavior. The person is drawn to people, desires love colored by the planet’s principle (e.g., Jupiter—luxury), deep involvement in social life, yet in these matters, they are capricious, intolerant, do not understand much, and, most importantly, do not feel harmony in communication with others. Relationships often end in bitter disappointment.
Generally, karmic programs symbolized by the square often begin quite favorably and even promisingly, like a trine, but once the person engages emotionally, mentally, and existentially, they begin to feel resistance, heaviness, and the need for hard work. Even the Sun–Mars square can manifest initially as a harsh blow of fate, as what seems like an attractive adventure; similarly, Venus squares begin with bright moments and emotional involvement, to which (even without the Venus square) one should always be cautious and attentive.
At a low level, the Venus square gives disharmonious social egoism and, at the same time, self-sacrifice. In other words, if the person has weak energy, society does not love them and “sacrifices” them without anesthesia; if the person has sufficient strength, they themselves distort the lives of those around them, clumsily and crudely trying to use them for selfish purposes, which makes others feel bad, and them not much better (beyond a fleeting moment followed by disappointment).
In the areas governed by the planet, the person will have very peculiar and sharp aesthetic preferences (sometimes crude), which are hard to please. At a low level, this leads to capriciousness, while at a high level, it results in an original creative style in art. Overall, the Venus square creates significant difficulties on the path to art (but also a strong need for it), including poor teachers or bad relationships with them. If the person succeeds, they will grow primarily through inner effort and self-education, always feeling internally that they are not quite “real” artists (just as the Mercury square leaves unshakable doubts: “Are my thoughts truly intelligent?” even if recognized by others). This is unpleasant but prevents the person from settling for what they have—a trait characteristic of squares.
