FOREWORD
The desire to open people’s eyes is the highest of all. However, among the great
number of people who write books, few are concerned with this. Look carefully at the book
stalls, and you will see how small our choice really is. The vast
majority of books are simply unreadable. And if you are a serious person, then,
undoubtedly, you will agree that this is true.
Recently, we have become readers of Astrohor’s book “Karmic
Medicine: Energy Vampires.” And here is its continuation – “Book of Feelings,” the second book.
What is it? Both the author and all of us are deeply concerned about the variety of illnesses
that destroy and torment us. But in reality, all our illnesses have one
source. It is a heavy thought that once appeared and became subconscious. This
thought clings to the mental body, penetrates the astral, spreads to
feelings and actions, and then manifests in the physical body as illness. That is all.
Astrohor’s book, especially in its subtext, is about how to prevent,
block the painful process, and prevent it from descending into the physical body.
Therefore, I would give this book the subtitle – “Self-Prophylaxis.” Because it
tenderly prompts us: “Watch your thoughts and feelings, gentlemen, and
you will be healthy!”

Part I. INTUITION
ON THE RUINS OF THE TEMPLE
God created man in His own image and likeness and said that “Your body is a Temple for the Soul, for the Holy Spirit that comes from God the Father.” This temple created by God for the soul’s dwelling was originally perfect and harmonious. Nothing in it could be taken away, replaced, or added. That is why all transplanted organs are rejected by the organism.
To govern the work of the inner and outer maintenance of the temple, the Lord appointed a “team” of sensory organs, providing them with secret laws and granting them executive authority. The legislative power to govern the temple, He retained for Himself, but did not hide it from man; instead, He embedded it in the Scriptures of all religions. This Supreme Authority signals through illness to the senses that its patience has run out, that too much attention is paid to outward appearances, that one lives with inner tension, that this way of life can no longer continue. Lie down, think! Reflect on the fact that a person must have not only a beautiful face, clothing, and thoughts but also noble feelings.
Throughout its development, humanity has been drawing up the blueprint of its temple-body. It sought visible forces governing internal processes, studied communications, tried to explain the self-preserving principle of its existence, and sought to understand the work of its purification systems. It searched for methods and techniques at the material level to maintain a more or less tolerable state of its physical plane of existence.
Science has armed us with knowledge, yet illnesses have not disappeared because this knowledge did not touch the realm of feelings and was moreover the preserve of a narrow circle of specialists. The body absorbed it only on one level; it did not understand until it received punishment, until the thunder roared and the peasant crossed himself.
Our temples wear out under the influence of nature, weather, and time. The inner chambers decay from neglect and poverty, suffer from excessive overload, and appear neglected and crumbling. We bring into our temple anything we please, cluttering and clogging it, and the cause of this misfortune is our feelings. That team of feelings, transformed into drunkards, gluttons, a gang of thieves and envious people, a flock of vampires, turns us through feelings into slaves of unclean forces. We turn to God, asking Him to forgive His slave. But we are not slaves to God; we are His children! We are slaves to our feelings, and this is our Karma. Here lies the devilry and satanism that seize and subjugate the soul through the feelings of the flesh.
The team fails to maintain the temple, tangled in feelings. And then, both inside and outside its walls, flaws appear—dirt, mold, soot, rust, cracks, and drafts break through the pipes, the roof “slides off,” or sexual problems arise. Lord, how familiar all this is from our illnesses! Just as rust stops the wheels, so sensual lust sets in motion the flywheel of diseases and a heap of problems. Yet the senses are satisfied, and everything itches!
Medicine, in essence, engages in repairing this temple, working on its ruins. It explains and eliminates biological causes, operating within the executive authority without understanding the secret Divine Laws of the Soul.
Is there a force capable of stopping this collapse, and does it even exist? Esoteric philosophy and karmic medicine affirm that it does! And this force is called by a simple, beautiful, and kind word—“INTUITION.” No one has yet measured its energetic purity, yet by its unyielding presence, it has proven its power and capability. It is intuition that can subdue all sensory organs, from the external to the internal and vice versa. The ability to govern one’s feelings is, in essence, what intuition is called. Within it lie both the triggers of illness and the mechanisms of a healthy organism and a happy life.
Therefore, we must devote great attention to studying intuition, understanding its esoteric meaning, which operates on the physical plane of being, after which physicists and biologists will comprehend and explain its work on the physical-biological level.
Then what belongs to God will be rendered to God, and the temple will shine with outer purity and enjoy inner peace. And sports, hardening, and the like will make it impervious to time. Intensive methods of therapy, surgery, yogic gymnastics, or extrasensory influence—these are nothing more than eternal capital repairs.
How to make the “Temple of the Soul” clean and radiant, and what causes illnesses—these are the teachings and revelations of Karmic Medicine.
INTUITION — THE QUEEN OF FEELINGS
I am convinced that the most important quality every person should possess is the feeling of intuition. Only with its help can one understand oneself and the surrounding world, and thus harmoniously relate to the circumstances that arise.
Here is how this term is interpreted. A dictionary from 1939 states that “intuition is a reactionary concept of modern philosophy, as it denies scientific knowledge of the world.” I would like to immediately refute this notion, because no scientific discovery can be made by a person who does not possess the gift of intuition.
The same dictionary, but from the 1988 edition, says: “Intuition (Latin) — to look carefully, attentively; feeling, insight, immediate understanding of truth without logical justification, based on previous experience.” It is pleasing that the word “reactionary” has disappeared from the interpretation.
The dictionary by S. I. Ozhegov and N. Yu. Shvedova writes: “Intuition — feeling, subtle understanding, penetration into the very essence of something. (Rich intuition. A person of great intuition.) Immediate, ungrounded understanding of truth.”
Russian philosopher N. O. Lossky writes in his theory, which he calls intuitivism: “The act of direct contemplation of objects in their primordial form I call the word ‘intuition.'”
In the esoteric teaching “The Great Arcana of Tarot” edited by V. Shmakov, it is said: “Intuition is the first among equals among the means of perception and knowledge. Intuition fills the lack of experience. The intuitive path of cognition is possible because a person possesses the spiritual knowledge of their heart, that is, all-encompassing knowledge is embedded in their very nature. It is always subjective.”
Does every person possess this gift? Yes! The gift of intuition is given to all, but not everyone can grasp it. Intuition is like the bell of the soul. For some, it rings the alarm, while for others, it remains silent, as if its voice has been torn away.
We already know that it is the human soul that is capable of preserving one’s best qualities. What kind of experience is referred to in the dictionaries? Life experience? Undoubtedly. But where does this experience come from in children, which manifests so early in their actions and words, in abilities and talents? References to parents (genes) are insufficient, and therefore we see countless examples. Esoteric philosophy tells us that the soul has gathered this knowledge in past lives. Whatever the soul has stored, it returns with — with accumulated experience from past lives. But to recall it, one must listen to their inner voice. And if in a past life the soul remained empty, if it lived only in bodily pleasures, this is immediately revealed in a child who eats everything indiscriminately. We will discuss this in more detail below.
Intuitive, or spiritual, knowledge resides in the subconscious and unconscious planes. It lies within us, as if at hand, ready to be taken and used. This is accumulated knowledge of this and past lives. If this knowledge and experience were positive, then we confidently follow what intuition suggests, drawing this information from the subconscious. But if the past experience was negative — and this also remains in the channel of intuition — then an unpleasant cold shudder will run through your body. And each person has their own accumulated experience. Whether one does good or evil, everyone is convinced of their own righteousness; this is their personal experience, and they know no other.
But where does this certainty and conviction come from? It is a breakthrough of spiritual memory, a charge of information that was once suffered through.
Intuition is part of the eternal and immortal that is preserved from one incarnation to another. It gives a person uniqueness, coloring their purely individual spiritual traits. Because it is experience, and each person has their own unique life and spiritual experience.
That is why we are all different, which is why there are always so many advisors around, each seeing only their own bell tower.”
The phrase mentioned above, that “intuition fills the lack of experience,” can be forgotten. Because intuition is the memory of past experience. Without this experience, a person will find themselves in situations of suffering until they realize that they must first change something within themselves. A lack of experience is filled with knowledge, and if a person understands nothing, we say that fools learn from their mistakes. But those who have had similar experience, even in past lives, immediately see and feel any situation, knowing how it will end.
Many times we have to convince people not to do something, not to speak in a certain way, explaining why it cannot be done and what it will lead to. A person agrees with our arguments but still does whatever they please. They need personal experience. That is why, when I see and hear how badly a person speaks or acts, I remain silent and do not interfere, because I understand that they do not know what they are doing, that they need experience, reinforced through suffering. For them, the law of Karma must take effect — retribution for folly, for the inability to see, hear, feel, and understand what they are creating. And after this, repentance must come.
Repentance, which exists in all religions, helps a person embed an eternal spiritual layer of the Power of Temperance within them, the power of inner struggle against external temptations, against falling into sin. Thus, repentance is not only a way of spiritual purification but also a program for the future, which will be read on the channel of intuition.
The lines on our palms show our ability to perceive knowledge through understanding or suffering, through the ability to feel a situation internally, intuitively, or through bodily tremors. But we will discuss this separately.
The phenomenon of intuition has always presented humanity with riddles; it was considered incomprehensible, secretive, and mystical. People could not approach it from any angle, as there was nothing to grasp onto, and philosophical reflections on this topic only led deeper into a dead end. And then, what was already incomprehensible was hidden behind even more sophisticated terminology. I am convinced that the less a person understands the essence of things, the more they clutter their speech with terms, making it incomprehensible. For example (I will not mention the author), but they wrote about intuition as follows: “Objects of the external world, when acts of awareness and attention are directed toward them, become immanent to my consciousness but remain transcendent to me, the subject of consciousness… To emphasize that it is a condition of world cognition, let us call it ‘epistemological coordination.'” Probably for this reason, no scientist or philosopher after them was able to provide a clear and precise justification for the phenomenon of intuition.
Who was this written for?
While studying this issue, I encountered the opinion that intuition is a relic of lost human abilities from the past. Others argue that it is the sprouting of new qualities of future humanity. I believe both sides are correct. Because knowledge about life, the Universe, God, Man, and Nature was initially obtained by people empirically, through intuition. And then, when a new qualitative level of world cognition was needed, logic and philosophy began to develop, seeking causes at the physical, material, and biochemical levels. A qualitative reassessment of values occurred, when Plato remained a friend, but another truth became more valuable. Now we are again faced with two truths — the ancient one and the modern, scientific one — but they have yet to become friends. Antagonism governs our minds, tormenting the soul.
Considering the philosophical question of intuition to be practically significant for human health, let us examine it in the light of the teachings of karmic medicine.
The organs of perception are psychophysical organs through which physical and biochemical reactions of the body as a whole occur. There are five receptive sensory organs and five active ones.
The receptive ones include the eyes, ears, skin, nose, and tongue. The active organs are the digestive, motor, vestibular, speech, and reproductive systems.
The receptive sensory organs respond to form (sight), sound, tangibility, smell, and taste. The Sixth Sense, called intuition, exercises qualitative control over the functioning of the receptive sensory organs. Its strength lies in the mind, in the ability to evaluate and analyze the received information. But this is the mind of the Soul, the mind of the Heart.
The active, motivating sensory organs manifest in our desires and cravings. And as is well known, they know no bounds or limits. Humanity has not yet learned to control the rational boundaries of their desires. The flesh prevails. What we want pulls us from within. And then each individual sense begins to exceed the energy volume of what is allowed, resulting in illness.
With developed intuition, we say about the active sensory organs: “I feel it in my gut.”
Intuition is the highest sensory ability, the ability to direct feelings into the very depths of the soul, into the human heart. Feelings are the psychic channels of the soul. They probe and gather information from the surrounding world, while intuition determines its quality. Through feelings, the energy field of activity is carried out. They determine a person’s thoughts, actions, and desires, and subordinate their will. If feelings do not pass through the intuition indicator, a person begins to live with a rupture. We strain our feelings so much to satisfy desires that we end up suffering as a result. Where it is thin, it breaks. Through coarse feelings, a person limits themselves in receiving correct information and cannot realize themselves as a harmonious personality. There is no point in even talking about individuality. To prevent this from happening, feelings must be filtered through oneself. And then the ability to see and hear the world will become an inner quality of the soul.
When feelings are scattered or subordinated to purely narrow perceptions, they become vulnerable flaws and illnesses. When feelings are strained to the limit, the “scream of the soul” begins, and if it is absent, the body begins to scream with its illnesses.
Only intuition is capable of gathering and subordinating all feelings to a single, correct, and necessary goal: to guide a person onto the Path outlined by the stars. And the laws of movement along this path can be read in the Bible and the Quran, in the teachings of Buddha and Krishna, in Agni Yoga, transmitted to us through Helena Roerich. You will find them in fairy tales, see them in works of art, in folk wisdom. They contain all the knowledge and laws, instructions and “lessons for good young men” on how to live a healthy and happy life.
Philosophical teachings are built on intuitive knowledge. We are increasingly convinced that the knowledge of the ancients, based on enlightenment and premonition, far surpassed the development of the scientific worldview. And those who understand and accept this now will reach such heights of knowledge that will dazzle the orthodox. It should be noted that even these ancient teachings are orthodox, and according to the law of analogy, like attracts like. Therefore, an important point in new research will be made by a scientist endowed with extraordinary intuition, who has penetrated the deep mysteries of the biological and physical world and accepted the secret knowledge of the ancients. The spiral of world cognition at the material level expands infinitely, but in the spiritual realm, it compresses into truth. And then we will understand that the evolution of man in their spiritual and biological existence is carried out through the development of consciousness and feelings, where Intuition reigns as the Queen.
A person lives by the method of “trial and error” and begins to understand the significance of intuition through them. They start to study the mechanisms of its work, and from this, life becomes filled with confidence and peace.
Remember how many times in your life you caught yourself thinking that when you needed to do something important, you hadn’t even had time to think, but an inner voice—in the form of a thought or feeling—already told you what to do. But what if a person encounters a problem for the first time? Some resolve it successfully, while others stumble upon difficulties and obstacles, and illnesses begin. Everything happens to warn the person away from the problem they are trying to solve the wrong way. Or perhaps the problem shouldn’t concern them at all, yet they insist on achieving something. They will suffer until another voice inside them speaks up: “Enough! I can’t and don’t want to endure this anymore!” Thus, suffering becomes ingrained in their experience, in the soul’s foundation. In this way, intuition is the first thought or feeling that arises without logical justification, and if we follow it unconditionally, we avoid problems in life, shifting the focus from the conscious to the subconscious.
Intuition is a step inward, into the depths of oneself. It enhances the quality of feelings. A person endowed with intuition knows what they want and understands what means are needed to achieve their goal. In general, intuition never sets a goal—it is the means to achieve it.
Intuition is a compass pointing the way through life. Yet many do not see its needle because another, stronger energetic influence prevails over it—the power of the mind. Our mind is always rational; it seeks benefit and can suppress any inner voice, after which we say that the heart does not know what the mind is doing.
Intuition is the feeling that a person loses while developing reason and logic. Often, a person intuitively senses how to act in a given situation, but the mind dictates that it is unprofitable, so they sit down to think. And we sit, ponder, weigh different options, and then begin to implement them one by one. But the trouble is, each option brings failure—something falls on us, we get hit, spat upon, humiliated. And that’s not all. It is precisely here that “unfortunate accidents” occur, illnesses arise, legs break—don’t go there, arms break—don’t take on what isn’t meant for you. Yet we still don’t understand.
But suddenly, everything turns out the way we wanted. And at that very moment, we catch ourselves thinking that it was indeed the first thought that was correct. “I knew or felt from the very beginning that this was the right way to act.”
How much strength, health, and energy we have wasted in vain, exchanging them for empty worries and shortening our lives. Yet, on the other hand, we have learned to understand that before any decision there exists primary intuitive information, the value of which is difficult to overestimate.
Intuition is a channel of communication with our Guardian Angel. His presence requires no proof for anyone except scientists. Sometimes we say: “I don’t know what pushed me to do this!” If, after that, an event occurs which is pleasant for you and those around you, it was your Guardian Angel. But if the event turns out unpleasant, then it was the Devil who pushed you. And no one doubts this force. All our troubles happen when we are deaf to ourselves. “Feelings do not deceive,” said Goethe, “judgments do.”
With certain feelings or thoughts, we may experience a sudden inner “jolt,” while with others we may feel a pleasant wave spreading through the body. It is in this sense that we should understand the words of Professor V.V. Nalimov, that “a person, in some deep sense, thinks with their entire body.” I would say not “in some sense,” but that this is one of the human abilities, revealed through intuition. But the stronger it is expressed, the more illnesses will manifest on the surface of the body.
And the less a person is interested in the external world, expressed as indifference toward everything and everyone, the more this will reflect in the physical characteristics of the skin. And then we say: “Thick-skinned!”
Listen carefully to your thoughts and feelings; this will help you perceive the world purely and directly. But for this, one must learn to be inwardly calm. The ancients said that only in still water do the stars reflect. Therefore, intuition can awaken only in a calm person. Intuition is your lucky star, illuminating your path with new spiritual knowledge.
Knowledge based on inner knowing is 100% knowledge. And not merely knowledge, but MASTERY—mastery of the feeling that knows everything in advance: Premonition, Foreseeing. By using these, one gains strength and confidence.
When we meet someone, we always have an initial feeling of sympathy or antipathy. But human nature is such that people always try to appear slightly better than they really are. Yet our inner voice suggests that something dangerous and disturbing emanates from this person—you feel it. But no, we go against our feelings, saying, “It will pass—we’ll get used to each other.” Or we need something from this person, and we fall into their trap, only to later regret not having listened to ourselves. That is how we receive our punishment.
The feeling of antipathy we intuitively experience when contacting anyone or anything is like an antigen for the organism. By retaining hostility and antipathy within ourselves, we pollute ourselves with biologically foreign molecules. We should not involve ourselves in friendly or business relationships if intuition advises against it. It is sufficient to limit ourselves to superficial communication, avoiding deeper spiritual, and sometimes even physical, entanglements.
The great Pythagoras once said, “We ourselves possess the means to detect falsehood and confirm truth.”
I refer you to A.V. Martinov’s book “The Confessional Path,” where you will find numerous philosophical and scientific justifications of the phenomenon of intuition. He writes: “In the human organism, there exists a center that functions as a resonant holographic receiver of information of the highest dimension. This center is the human heart. Do we perceive the state of this world, works of art, or the suffering of loved ones with our mind? Of course not—with the heart. Only afterward does our mind attempt to understand why our heart feels such anxiety.” Somewhere I read that knowledge not assimilated by the heart multiplies sorrow.
When speaking with anyone, I always use the intuitive channel. I listen attentively to my interlocutor, but my ear performs only the function of receiving information, while my full attention remains focused on the heart. And it has proven itself right to me a thousand times.
A human being is a single, indivisible system, and within it a combination of perceptual organs must work together to strengthen the spirit. This is a state of soul in which one feeling reinforces another, and then a symphony of feelings sounds, conducted by the maestro—intuition. Intuition is not an energy of action, but a point of support. It is the inner generator of knowledge and perception. When intuition falls silent, sorrow and dissatisfaction arise in the soul. There appears a need to compensate for the resulting emotional vacuum. It is good if this happens through some creative activity, but more often we fill ourselves with bodily pleasures: eating, drinking, sex, quarreling, etc. This cannot even be called an intuition of consumption; here the body is filled, while the soul remains deceived. All this points to the “animal origin” in human psychology, whose name is instinct.
God, having endowed humans with feelings, assigns them an entire lifetime to unfold these feelings into a new quality, to learn to operate in a subtle, intuitive key. A person quickly learns the feeling of physical bodily balance in childhood, and then spends their whole life learning emotional balance, which will lead them to spiritual fulfillment. The spiritual force embedded in intuition lifts a person above all imperfections of their physical plane.
Intuition is a process of spiritual self-regulation. At this point, natural mechanisms inherent in nature itself begin to operate, at the level of the immune system. By activating intuition, we activate the “Health” program, the program of struggle for our own survival.
The sensory organs conceal unlimited abilities, and these can be unlocked intuitively. It is enough to surrender to an inner feeling, and it will lead you into a blissful world. Please do not confuse this with a piece of sausage, which may also bring blissful pleasure, but then we become slaves of the fleshly world.
If you accidentally notice some ability within yourself, focus your feeling, forget everything else, and intuition itself will reveal its potential and strength. Intuition is psychotraining. But merely discovering an ability is not enough. For its development, creative imagination is required—and this too is intuition. It would be a great mistake to believe that intuitive experience is cultivated only through suffering and knowledge. In its finest and purest qualities, the soul is capable of gathering this experience through creativity and passion. In this state, the soul marvels at what has been accomplished. Creativity helps avoid vanity, while intuition sharpens feelings and expands the scope of our understanding. It is no coincidence that all creative people are erudite. But at the same time, establish peace and calm within your soul, and then the body will cease to fall ill, and you will confidently say of yourself that you are a happy person.
Creativity is always intuitive. It precedes its time, and people who cannot evaluate the past or look into the future, living only in the present, vilify the creator. A vivid example of this is the thousands of talents impoverished by their contemporaries, crushed by criticism, because they disturb the dull existence of prudent minds. The intuition of talent, preceding its time, indicates the direction of intellectual, physical, and above all, spiritual development of society. It fills life with a new quality.
Remember: “And good feelings I awakened with my lyre.”
Intuition should dictate the norms of our life. We are taught anything but this; we are made into obedient slaves, robotic manipulators, appendages to a machine, and then, for a long time—if not forever—the voice of intuition falls silent. But this voice tells us: “I am tired of this work! I am tired of this life! I cannot bear seeing this person! I cannot listen to or know this anymore!”—and so on. But we cling to our hateful job, constantly quarrel with people we despise, and endure what makes our heart clench in anguish and sorrow. We should abandon it all, walk away, push aside what disgusts us, but instead we groan and hold on, not thinking of our soul, which suffers, withers, and sinks into the swamp of mediocrity.
Intuition is medicine. Accept the flood of feelings and thoughts rushing toward you, and they will lead you away from vanity and suffering. The ancients said: do not hold back what is leaving you, and do not repel what is coming. Reflect on these simple truths, listen to the voice of the heart, learn the eternal laws of life, and you will change much in your life for the better. Do not fear stepping back from what oppresses you, and having stepped, do not look back. Then your mind, engaging with the energy of inner premonitions, will correctly assess any situation. You will find confirmation or refutation of everything you hear and see.
Understanding beyond intuition is your death. Rely on those who love, support, and understand you. Around us, there are always people who draw us in, with whom we want to talk, stand beside, and from this, the soul becomes light and calm.
