A person sees absurdity and nonsense around them. If Jupiter and Uranus are strong, they are always laughing. They notice the paradoxical nature of phenomena and keenly feel the division of the world into spiritual and animal. They express themselves in a dual, eccentric way, combining the highly spiritual with the natural-biological. They enjoy demonstrating their ability to transform. When they appear in society, a restructuring of the intellectual atmosphere occurs, and the conversation shifts from high topics to low, everyday ones or vice versa.

An incomprehensible quantity turns into a frightening quality, leaving the person in complete astonishment. This aspect gives a person who differs from others in some way, though it is difficult to say exactly how—neither they nor those around them can pinpoint it. They see the world differently than others, and standard views often feel alien to them. At least, they enjoy situations at the edge of understanding, which force them to reconsider old perspectives in unexpected ways. They have a peculiar sense of humor, a certain independence of judgment, and a tendency to oppose or ignore societal opinions when ordinary people would not. Such a person may live in a rather dull environment without understanding why or what is wrong with it. When Chiron is strongly activated, its influence strikes the individual from two sides at once: internally and externally. In other words, external events occur that seem plausible but do not fit into familiar frameworks. When attempting to adapt them to their psyche, the usual mechanisms fail, and unfamiliar programs emerge from the subconscious with unpredictable and astonishing effects. Thus, the person must rebuild their personality in two directions at once: adapting to the external world by mastering fundamentally new programs and understanding their inner self, which requires new conceptual tools or at least several new concepts. After this, the task arises of finding new forms of self-expression and new methods of managing their inner world and psyche.
